Email us at info@gmsagarwood.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, you will receive return authorization along with shipping instructions.
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please use a trackable shipping method for your return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, GMSAGARWOOD will cover the return shipping costs.
The return window is 7 days from delivery
Once a return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that are:
